She looked things up, and as it turned out, the flowers were never delivered. She said my order got “stuck” in their system. They could have sorted this out the first time I called had they bothered to look, and the flowers could have been delivered. I demanded my money back, and I will never order from them again.

When you use an online florist and send flowers to someone far away, ensure you check in to be sure they were delivered. Most companies are wonderful, but not every online florist will offer the same service as the next. If you use Paypal or a credit card, you will have some recourse if something happens to you like the problem I had. Don’t be afraid of using an online florist, but do be sure your flowers have been delivered.

I strongly suggest that you talk to your friends who may have used an online florist and are certain of their quality of work, speed and efficiency. Once you find an online florist who delivers the service you desire you shall never step foot into a flower shop again - trust me!
